Burmese “Jedi” Spinel and Diamond Ring

Platinum and 18 karat rose gold ring set with a 3.04 carat, cushion-cut Burmese pink-red spinel. These rare, no treatment spinels, resemble fine Burmese Rubies and are known as “Jedi” spinels in the trade. It is surrounded by 2 cushion-cut diamond side stones (total weight of 2.08 carats, E-F color and VVS1-VS1 clarity), 54 round brilliant cut diamonds in a halo and 3/4 of the way around the band (0.79 CTW), and 34 round rubies in the undergallery set in 18 karat rose gold.
