18 karat yellow gold ring set with a 5.19 carat cushion-cut, no heat treatment yellow sapphire from Madagascar, surrounded by 128 round brilliant cut diamonds (total weight of 0.59 carats, F-G color and VS-clarity) pavé-set 3/4 of the way around the band.

Yellow sapphires with no treatment are rare as most sapphires are heat treated. Accompanied by a grading report from the American Gemological Laboratories.
